Career Enjoyment

We conducted research into career enjoyment with 17,000 people already in a job. It revealed three main factors that make a career enjoyable:

1. The degree of match between your unique personality profile (not your personality type) and the unique job profile. The graph shows that a closer match between personality and job profile results in a more enjoyable career.
2. The nature of the job itself. Some jobs are inherently more enjoyable than others, irrespective of personality preferences.
3. Other factors, such as the quality of training or management provided by the employer.
