Research Results
The diagram (right) shows the results of our research into which mental functions are used in an administration career.
To understand and apply this diagram you need to be aware of your four letter type code. If you are not, then try our Mental Muscle Diagram Indicator. You will also need to understand the meaning of the mandala.
In our research:
- Green areas were used more than average by those in administration careers
- Red areas were used less than average (ie: by comparison with the 'norm' for the whole population)
This career therefore has a flexibility factor of: 4
If an administration career matches your personality, your type code should ideally be in a green area. You will also need to stretch into all other types of behaviours, at times, but particularly all those that are highlighted in green.
