In our research:
- Green areas were used a lot by those in academic careers
- Red areas were used relatively little
This career therefore has a flexibility factor of: 3
If an academic career matches your personality, your type code should ideally be in a green area. You will also need to stretch into all other types of behaviours, at times, but particularly all those that are highlighted in green.
The number of people in this sample was 12, out of a total of 1,238 people in the study (data was collected via an online questionnaire). The job titles they declared for themselves were:
